New to REI in Cleveland, OH

Posted

Hello my friends...I suppose my post is misleading...I've invested in real estate...it's just been homes I have lived in! I've had a bit of a journey that I won't bore y'all with.

About me/us: I am leading the charge the family in real-estate investing. We are looking at "buy and hold for rent" properties here in the Cleveland area. Still in the new stages and exploring the world.

I am looking for a mentor. Since I am in the CLE area and I know lots of people are looking at this market because of a variety of factors and they have a BIG..BUT...what are the properties and neighborhoods like?

Thus I am offering a trade...I'll go look at properties and send you as much info on the neighborhood and property as practicable. Happy to meet with REAs and others. Then, we discuss and you take me through your Go/NoGo decisions. My undergrad degree is actually in RE micro-economics and I studied with the late great Chip Case of the Case/Schiller Index fame, so...not new to the thought space of real estate markets.
