New investor looking at multi state rentals
im looking at possibly buying a property outright with cash and turning it in to a rental for a family member in KS. Talking with my tax guy Monday and soon after to my financial advisor for maybe setting this all up through an LLC. Eventually will want to expand that to another property either in DE, NM, AZ or TX. Myself and/or family are all very familiar with these areas. Would love to be able to get up to the point of getting commercial properties. Very new to all of this and looking for mentors where I can find them. Love the podcasts and learning so much from them.

@Kevin M. Juanillo welcome to BP.
I have to ask, Why do you want properties in so many states? It is not a very efficient way to invest. The best deals come to those who know their market intimately.
