I am New here to bigger pockets

Aria Saha
Posted

Hi I am very new to bigger pockets, I am hoping to get more education on how to finally start my Real estate investment journey. I am very passionate about this and I am looking forward on getting 1 deal done before this end of year. I already own a house which I am currently working on renovating. I am little confused if I should put that much money on my house if I am going to turn this into an rental properties. I am confuse about what is important to focus when renovating the house. Please help me thank you

@Aria Saha
Welcome to BP. You are definitely in the right place to learn about investing. Ask questions and learn. I highly recommend you attend local meetups or join a local REIA near you so you can meet in person with local investors and network with them. Since you are local, you should look at doing a house hack if you don't already have one.
