Hi All,

I’m a newbie to the BP forums but have been listening and following for months.  My partner and I are beginners in investing and while that’s in progress I’m interested in wholesaling with assignment contracts.  Looking for guidance in TN, legal protection and basically ins/outs of how to safely.  Thanks in advance!
