Hello! I am Andrés, from and living in Spain. I am an international trade an investment consultant, also working at research and analysis of information and due diligence. I have relatively recently stepped into the real estate sector, so far brokering for some Spanish luxury realtors, putting them in touch with foreign clients with interest in purchasing/investing in Spain. My real estate partners are into flipping in Spain, luxury fractional ownership, and luxury and superluxury full ownership, covering most of the Spanish geography. I am also know well and/or am interested in different markets (Latin America, especially Costa Rica; some ex-Soviet countries - Georgia, Central Asia; and others like Turkey). My idea is to keep learning to start investing myself in the future, without missing other opportunities such as crowdlending or any other creative financing, where I am very interested to get to know more. I am sure that this forum will be a very good help.
