Hi All. Just found this website. It's incredible the amount of information and the number of established real-estate pros offering advice! I'm 25 work full time as a civil engineer and part time as a landlord. I've purchased 2 multi families in the past year and hope to secure 1 solid multi ever couple years. I'd consider myself a conservative investor looking for cash flow. I'm looking forward to finding some like-minded investors to learn from their experiences, refine my investing strategy and to become a better landlord.
