New and trying to learn.

Hello I am new to bigger pockets and am trying to absorb as much information as I can about real-estate investing. I have been wanting to invest for the past 4 years and have finally had more time to put effort and financially in a position to do this. I am looking to implement the BRRR strategy but am having trouble with a good analysis tool. I am currently using zillow. What is recommended? I have heard good things about propstream and mashvisor.
