Hello everyone, been reading some wonderful information here and love the podcast team as well. I own a rental in Colorado but my parents have always rented it so I would still call myself a beginner, especially in the property management side. lol

Looking to purchase some homes around Charleston and Summerville and always looking for a good deal to go bigger and get into multi-family units as well. Hoping to add something to the portfolio every year, manage them myself and always looking to network and partner on a bigger deal if it arises.

Keep up the great conversations and thank you. Maybe I can contribute in the future but for now its best for me to read and ask questions.

@Chad Quick Welcome! There are a few good meetups in the Charleston area, the first Thursday of every month is the REI central meetup from 6-8 at Palmetto Brewery. I can also give you info of the agent I use, he's investor focused and can help with on and off market deals. Let me know if I can help!
