Hi BPers,

My name is Michael, I really just go by Mike. I currently am a contractor for the Coast Guard doing network engineering. I greatfully stumbled upon this website on my quest to find knowledge on investing in both real estate and the market.

I am new to REI and don't really have any expierence in real estate, but it has been a topic that has interested me for years now. I have already learned so much from this site in just the past few hours and i look forward to learning much more.

Best time to listen to it!! Right now I'm doing a lot of research in wholesaling and flipping houses. Flipping houses would be leaning more toward what I really want to do.
