Hey everyone,

I'm not new to BP, however... it feels like forever since I've posted on the forum! I'm finally in a place in life where I can re-focus on finding, analyzing, and maybe finally acquiring my first property! (I actually acquired a short term flip via seller finance 'out of state' deal. However, I ended up having to cut ties with the property as I took up more than what I could handle at the time, but am grateful the seller was okay with that and of my situation at that time. Was definitely an experience and learned a lot from it!). I've pretty much been on a journey paying down all my expensive debt that I accumulated earlier on in my life all while trying to get into my current career. I've continually progressed and excited to start networking, learning more, and acquiring soon! Will be looking to buy in my own backyard for now here in Southern Cali and or Out of State. But def looking into long term holds with an opportunity to short term. Thanks in advance and hoping to connect with ya! BTW, it's so cool to see how much BP has grown throughout these years..

- Raden.
