Hello From Boston!

I wanted to introduce myself and say hello to everyone on BP!

I got my real estate license in April and it's been very very good to me. Being in Boston my initial focus was on rentals and I made a decent amount in this short time.

In doing rentals I saw the biggest potential in investing and got very interested. I found this site and I've been reading non-stop for weeks. I hope to start using some of the material I've picked up here as well as meeting people in the area.
