I’ve been a longtime follower here and candidly after spending way too much time on the fence picking a RE industry, have made the decision that MHP’s are the niche I want to be in.
I’m actually in the process of building a board of experts in this industry and will be acquiring businesses from “mom and pop’s” as form of exit strategy for them.
