New investor introduction

Alex Hafner
Posted

Hello everybody! I created my bigger pockets account approximately 3 years ago, I am looking to invest in Cleveland, Ohio area. I have a great property that is owned by a family member. I would like to BRRRR this property and use the cash out from that to move forward in my journey. I am doing my DD and reading some books and watching TONS of videos but that will not be enough, I am looking to connect with agents, lenders, and investors in the area to further my knowledge and possibly help me along the way.

I am hoping to start the purchase/rehab on this property in the near months as I am saving money up for a down payment and fees. I would like to use a hard money lender starting out, do any of you in the Cleveland area have any experience with some reputable HML's?

Looking forward to connecting with all of you,

Alex Hafner
