New agent in Boston

Hello, BP community!

I figure I might as well say hello. This website and its members are amazing. I'm starting to work with a lot of developer and investor clients in my Boston-based business and have had much success helping them navigate Boston's various neighborhoods. My wife and I are a year away from our first home purchase, which we plan to make an income property as we start our family in the city.

I worked in Massachusetts and Boston politics for the last 7 years and have a lot of great connections throughout Boston's neighborhoods (especially business and labor communities) and Massachusetts cities and towns that have suited me well thus far.

BP, thanks for the great forum, and your podcasts, which I enjoy on my morning jogs around the city!

To follow up on meetings there are a lot all over Eastern MA and Southern NH.

@Justin Silverio recently had an unofficial BP meetup that was very good and he can put you on the list to get an invite to the next one.

You also must check out the Black Diamond event that is in Waltham (2nd location in Worcester as well) that @Ann Bellamy is one of the founders of.

There is also the Boston Area REIA which would be the other super close one for you. That one is actually the next one to meet next Thursday the 17th.
