Hello BP members!

Love this website - great information. Looking forward to learning more and getting to know some of you on this journey.

I am recently getting back into the RE investing game....looking to buy and hold single family properties in need of renovations in the Atlanta metro area.

Cash buyer - prefer SFH's, $25k to 65k range (incl rehab costs).
