Hello All,

Does anyone have a good electrician they'd like to recommend for a rehab I'm currently working on in East Point.  I've already searched through past threads on BP and gathered some names in the Atlanta area.  Any new referrals are appreciated...looking to add to our sub-contractor list.  Thank you and happy investing!!

I am recently getting back into the RE investing game....looking to buy and hold single family properties in need of renovations in the Atlanta metro area.

Cash buyer - prefer SFH's, $25k to 65k range (incl rehab costs).
