Greetings,

My name is Matt and I'm currently living in Manhattan Beach, CA. I am completely new to real estate and I'm anxious to learn from all you fine people. I'm interested in buy and hold properties, single and multi-family homes. The high price tag of L.A. county has me looking at the surrounding areas or elsewhere.
