Aspiring Investors! New to BP and Real Estate Investing

Hello everyone! My name is Kevin. I live east of the Seattle area with my lovely girlfriend, Hannah :). We are both from Ohio and plan to move back to Cincinnati this summer where we will begin our real estate journey. I currently work as a carpenter for a local General Contractor and plan to use the skills and knowledge I've gained to help in the early stages of our real estate career. We are still deciding which type of investing is right for us, but are leaning toward multi-family rental with the possibility of house-hacking! We are also hoping to meet other investors, agents, and lenders to expand our network so we can hit the ground running when we get back to Cincinnati. 

Outside of our interest in real estate, Hannah and I love traveling, camping, hiking, snowboarding, and rooting for our favorite sports teams (Go Browns!). We also have a blossoming side hustle - we sell shoes! If you need some Jordan's, let us know! ;) We started the side hustle to help us save for a house. 

We are super excited to meet everyone and grow together!
