Hello everybody,

I am wanting to get started in Real Estate investing. My goal is to purchase a single family home and turn it into a rental property. I am married and have 3 kids. I work at an medical device factory but currently I am deployed overseas for the Indiana Army National Guard. I am from Warsaw, Indiana.
