Hi Bigger Pockets Community!  My name is Tucker Morgan and I am returning to BP after nearly 5 years of hiatus. I nearly executed a residential flip about 5 years back, just before I found out my job was transerring from So. California to Las Vegas, NV.  Career advancement in my day job running distribution centers (I currently run West Coast Distribution for SEPHORA, the cosmetics/beauty retailer) took my sights and focus off real estate, but I'm back!  Looking forward to connecting with some like-minded folks and hoping to get my feet wet as quickly as I can.  My business partner and I are planning to get started in the residential reno space, but have ambitions to expand into a variety of fields (long term rentals, short term rentals, development, commercial, etc) as it makes sense to do so.
