Hello BP!

I am new to this site and I have been listening to BP Podcasts, and reading a little here and there about wholesaling and flipping, but I will continue to read, listen and learn more before I make any moves but so far thanks for all the tips, ideas, advice and strategies....

Please lend me your thoughts on what I should do first to get started investing....

Here's where I am at right now: I have only about 10K and I am considering getting a few wholesale deals under my belt and more cash to possibly buy a distressed property and flip it... just a thought but of course I will be looking into more options and learning more before I do anything...

Thanks again BP Nation!
