Is acquiring a Home inspector license worth the investment?
Hey everyone,
I've been submerging myself in BP content for the last 4 months including David Greene's book on BRRRR. I'd like to know;
Would becoming a licensed Home inspector be a valuable use of my time?
It'll be at least 8 months before I'll be in a position to buy (in New Jersey). Therefore, I'll be educating myself on REI in the meantime anyway but would getting licensed really be worth the time investment? Especially if I plan on buying distressed properties?
Additionally if any NJ home inspectors see this I would love to connect and pick your brains. Thanks!
