Hi,

I have over 20 years as a Gc / Real Estate Investor , so I wouldn't have any issue with building a team to handle my rehabs

I would use property management company to handle my rental property .

My question is ,my current lender doesn't fund in the market I want to invest in , But Ive located some Great value add Properties in the state of Ohio. and I don't have a private lender in place yet.

How do I present myself to them to break the ice .

I found a  lender who does 100% / 100% Rehab funding . and all they ask is I pay for appraisal, base on my pass track record of Flipping Property.

It took me back to 2003 when I first start to  flip Homes in California , And I had Anchor Home Loans out of Santa Monica Ca as a lender and they rollout the red carpet to me and treat me like family and never turn down any deal I set in front of them . Great Guys
