Hello. My name is Eric Mitchell and I'm excited be a member of BP. I have chose to start my career in RE as a Wholesaler in the Greater Los Angeles area. I know that it's a tough market out here but there are deals out here. I have read several threads and from that , I have already started passing out cards at the foreclosure auctions in order to build my buyers list , along with other strategies that I've read. I'm looking forward to asking questions and sharing my journey with everyone until I get that first appointment.
