Hello Josh Adamo. Maybe you are putting the info in the wrong spot. The tax assessors website that I use has a space for the APN # and the street address. I have done it a couple of times myself. LOL. If not , send me the tax assessors webpage with an address and we can figure it out together.

Great job. This is a win win in my eyes. The networking with the RE agents and the future deal(s) with the gentleman that has the MF's are great. I am driving my neighborhood looking for homes. I may have to use YL. Please keep us posted on future happenings.

Hello. My name is Eric Mitchell and I'm excited be a member of BP. I have chose to start my career in RE as a Wholesaler in the Greater Los Angeles area. I know that it's a tough market out here but there are deals out here. I have read several threads and from that , I have already started passing out cards at the foreclosure auctions in order to build my buyers list , along with other strategies that I've read. I'm looking forward to asking questions and sharing my journey with everyone until I get that first appointment.
