MD wholesaler new to BP

Hello BP, I am a fairly new investor, working my way through as a wholesaler with the intention to rehab and get into buy and holds in the near future. I have some previous years of experience as a real estate agent, but am currently more interested in investing. I work full time so I spend most of my spare time researching investment strategies. Selling property as an agent is a bit different from buying as an investor, but it was a great lead into the business. I have had the opportunity to complete a wholesale deal and I am looking forward to my next one. I'm a member of a local REIA group and attend plenty of meetings. Can't wait to learn and share as much as possible from anyone in the group who wants to share. Thanks so much for the great site.
