Hello fellow investors! My name is Joe Krevinghaus I am 33 and a newbie investor. For the last handful of months I've spent time educating myself of real estate investing through books, podcasts (how I discovered BP), blogs etc. Although my experience in real estate is limited to just being a renter my whole adult life I am very excited about the possibilities attainable through r.e.i. I currently work in the golf industry where I was planning on attending a university to get a turf degree when I was introduced to investing. I have a long history of construction experience and always enjoyed the projects where I was able to make something nice out of something not so nice.

I have an interest in rehabbing but more as a medium range goal. Due to very limited funds my main focus will be wholesaling. I would like to be able to establised some reserves before diving in to bigger, higher risk endevors. My end game will always be to create cash flow that will allow me to retire by the time I am 40.

That is a little about me but more in my profile. I look forward to being a part of the BP community. I hear nothing but great reviews about this supportive group of investors and look forward to creating the lasting relationships I hear so much about.

Joe
