New Real Estate Investor to Charlotte looking to Network
Hello Everyone,
My Name is Joshua, I am a new Real Estate Investor to the Charlotte, NC market. I have been learning this craft for about a year and I feel like I'm ready to pull the trigger on my first deal. My Niche is Single Family and Small Multifamily, but I'm always open to opportunity. The Charlotte market is pretty tough, so I'm looking to branch out to the surrounding suburbs as well. Please feel free to drop me any pointers you may have.

@Joshua Frank hey Joshua, my wife and I are also new to real estate investing here in Charlottw. I have been doing all the reading and knowledge building I possibly can over the past year. We are looking at starting our real estate career with short term rentals, and using that cash flow to purchase multi family and lang term buy and holds.
