Hey guys, My name is Josh. I'm from the east side of Columbus. I work for a larger bank in the area and i've used that experience to help me grow my knowledge of banking and real estate. I've been interested in real estate for about 5 years now. I did a lot of reading and research shortly after I was married and ended up partnering with a friend 2 years ago to buy my first rental. I'm excited to try to continue expanding my portfolio and surrounding myself with people with experience in the business. I found bigger pockets while doing some research for my next rental purchase. I've since found numerous useful posts here and have decided to join the community to learn more, and hopefully give back to even bigger newbies then myself :) -Josh
