Hey what's up everybody. My names Ryan, I'm from suffolk county on Long Island. I'm 22 years old and work full time as an electrician. I've been doing an extensive amount of research on real estate investing and quickly found this site. Needles to say I was overwhelmed with the wealth of knowledge biggerpockets has to offer. I had just very recently started writing a business plan to invest in buy and hold properties. Looking forward to meeting new people and learning a whole lot more! Thanks guys
