Goal for my first property: $200 Net Income!

Brad Olu A.
Posted

Hello everyone!

My name is Brad and I was inspired to delve into the real estate world after Google recommended the Bigger Pockets podcasts to be in my playlist. Last week, I bought the "How to Invest In Real Estate" book and have been hooked on reading it ever since during my lunch break at work.

My goal next year is to purchase my first home. I am leaning towards house hacking as my first strategy for real estate and would like to make a net income of $200 after all is said and done.

I will definitely be lurking around in the forums, become a Pro Member, read books, and network to make my goal a reality. Thanks everyone!
