Hello!! from Huntington Beach, California

I live in Orange, California. But spend most of my time in Huntington Beach, since it is where I work. I have been working in the real estate industry for almost 5 years. I say real estate industry, but I work at a property management office, which I guess is essentially the same thing. My boss actually referred me to this website and it seems really informative so I hope to learn a lot more! I live in an apartment currently but am looking to buy in the next 2 years or so depending on how things go for me with school. If anyone has any information about purchasing a condo or a home in the orange county area it would be greatful. Also, I always love learning what people look for in property management companies.
