Anyone Need High Quality Photos of Their Homes?

Hello Denver, Colorado Bigger Pockets Family! (If you're not local to Denver please ignore this post)

I bought a Nikon D5600 a few months ago and absolutely love it for my real estate business. I never take photos with my phone when I go on seller appointments anymore. One of my friends here in Denver was showing me a house he recently flipped and asked me if I'd be willing to take photos for him because real estate photographers charge $300-$500+ for photos! I want to use my camera more often so I want anyone who needs photos for their before and after deals to give me a shout! I'm not 100% sure what'll I'll ask price wise for my time but I also use Lightroom for editing my images.

I'm going to start taking photos for at least 2 people a week here in the next month. I'm buying a wide angle lens before hand. This obviously isn't my full time business because I'm mostly looking for deals to wholesale but thought I'd see who needs some help and wants to save some money for photos!

Virtuance charges $99 bucks for 10 and $150 for 25. 10 is all you need in this market. Boxbrownie dot com does photoshop, etc for a couple of bucks a pic too if you need it. I guess I'm saying I wouldn't sink too much money into it since there is a ton of competition.
