Denver - Aurora - Utah Park area
Hi All,
I'm looking at houses for buy and hold in the Aurora area, blocks away from Utah Park. I'm out of state so trying to learn more about the area. Anyone have thoughts on this area. It seems to be up and coming, but still in the early stages. Is it a safe neighborhood that renters would be willing to live in?

@Cody Cook Cherry Creek Schools is West of Peoria and South of Jewell in the Utah Park area. Last I checked that made at least $20K difference in selling price. I probably wouldn't classify it as up and coming. Light rail is in and Fitzsimmons is well underway. A rising tide lifts all ships. I wouldn't expect the area to out pace similar areas (similar being in the same price point).
