Has anyone used Investor Carrot to build a lead generation website? I’m searching through the internet to find the best user friendly platform to get started. I have created a website before using Shoppifys platform for e-commerce, but those seem to lack the capabilities that a real estate website will require for functionality.

Does anyone have any experience with Rebo Gateway, or is anyone currently using it. I have a small budget for lead gen and I heard this might be an option, but I want to hear from people that are currently using the software and get some takeaways.

Good morning Cali investors. Does anyone have experience pulling county data to find off market leads in Riverside, San Diego, and San Bernardino Counties. I know their are paid subscriptions that will work, but I am a newbie on a budget and to top it off I would like the hands on experience of doing this manually in my markets.
