Does anyone have any experience with portfolio lenders?  I know larger banks (i.e - Wells Fargo, US Bank, Chase, etc) don't generally offer portfolio loans and am interested in learning which banks/credit unions offer portfolio loans in CA.  Thanks for any insight!

Use these lists and start calling banks;

Speak with someone in real estate lending, simply ask if they do portfolio loans. Most banks and CU's on those lists do portfolio loans. Lenders have very different rates and fees, so make sure you call multiple lenders.
