Thoughts on Hawaiian Gardens / Lawndale?
I've noticed some already rehab'd properties that have been on the market for quite a while in these cities - Hawaiian Garden and Lawndale area. The prices don't seem to match up with how much rent they'd be able to obtain with the tenants in these areas.
However, they seem to be desirable locations in SoCal- near the beach, freeways, airport.
I'm wondering what is holding this area back? Do you feel it is a place for high growth in the near future?
