Where do you get your market trends data?

Hello everyone.

Can you please share the sources where you get your market trends from. Things like the today's median home sales/prices compared to last month/year.

It would be great if there was a daily/weekly newsletter that gets email that would aggregate and summarize these analytics.

I'm particularly interested in the Los Angeles market, as I know it is its own beast.

@Paul Wolfson
I got mine from MLS as well (realtor), it is a program called trendlogix. Not sure how else you can have the access to the same program though.

I also follow "first tuesday journal" you should give them a try. They do provide trends every so often (I think month to month). its free!
Here is the link for your convenience ;D Happy holiday!
