Future Real Estate Agent in Fairfield/ Vacaville, CA Area

Hi All!

I am an east coast (Pennslyvania) real estate investor and active duty service member with orders to Travis AFB this upcoming March. I love all things real estate and PA will be a little out of reach while stationed in CA so I'm going to obtain my RE salesperson license. Before I received word I was getting stationed at Travis I took the licensing exam for PA, just for educational purposes. I understand it doesn't have weight in CA and that I will need to complete a certain number of hours of RE education, apply, take the test, ect... looks like I have 3 courses to knock out. I mention that to show I am serious about this.

Anyway, I would love to connect with anyone working in the area. Please post any tips you feel are worth knowing. The Fairfield/ Vacaville area couldn't be any more different than what I'm familiar with real estate wise-looking forward to it!

Thanks in advance!

Lee
