New homes - New design?

Has anyone seen new homes provide some type of lockable access for package delivery?  I'm thinking there could be a 4 by 4 foot cubby built somewhere along the front that is unlocked until a package is delivered.  They it is locked until owner unlocks.  This would prevent all the package thefts.   New homebuilders?  where are you?  are you doing something like this?
