Attorney to review MFR subscription agreement

I am considering investing in a MFR syndication as a LP. This is my first experience with MFR syndications and am looking for recommendations on an SEC attorney in California who can review the subscription and partnership agreements. The MFR is located in Phoenix. I expect to have the Subscription Agreement and PPM shortly.

@Kunal Shah If you are looking for SEC attorney, then they can be from any state. I know Gene Trowbridge & Kim Taylor are very reputable here at BP.
