@Natalie Hahn any particular reason you want a local CU? I was researching HELOCs 2 months back and had found Digital Federal Credit Union to offer the most competitive rates. It is not local but is very accessible.

I am considering investing in a MFR syndication as a LP. This is my first experience with MFR syndications and am looking for recommendations on an SEC attorney in California who can review the subscription and partnership agreements. The MFR is located in Phoenix. I expect to have the Subscription Agreement and PPM shortly.

This is my first experience with MFR syndications and am looking for recommendations on an attorney who can help review the subscription and partnership agreements and answer newbie questions. Not sure if it matters when selecting an attorney, but the MFR is located in Phoenix. Would it be better to go with a local attorney?
