Hey everyone! David Greene here, BP podcast co-host.

I currently host a monthly real estate investing meetup/seminar in Brentwood CA, (Here's the link to the next one https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/521/topics/60...), and I'm looking to expand into the South Bay Area. 

Does anyone have suggestions for a good free/cheap location where we can host 50-150 people?
