Purchase Offer Extension
Hello BP,
I am a new agent with a broker who isn’t the biggest help. We made an offer last week. Last night the offer expired before both (husband signed but not wife) my clients were able to sign the extension. The wife signed early this morning. Do I need to resubmit the offer?? Thanks for any info/advice.

Oh gotcha, the original offer acceptance deadline passed. If the buyer and seller are both on the same page and want to move forward, I always find it cleaner to just refresh the offer and resubmit
