We have not been in contract yet. Just made an offer. Wondering if I need to re-write the offer again with a new expiration date, if we can use the extension that was signed after the offer expired or if they just accept the original we can move forward.

Hello BP,

 I am a new agent with a broker who isn’t the biggest help. We made an offer last week. Last night the offer expired before both (husband signed but not wife) my clients were able to sign the extension. The wife signed early this morning. Do I need to resubmit the offer?? Thanks for any info/advice.

Is it possible to buy a property, 10% down as primary residence and get a construction/remodel loan at the same time? Thanks. This would be a two year live in flip.
