Newbie - acquired first property

I have been reading up and following through he discussions on BP for the last 2 months and found a wealth of information that helped us take our first step ! We are in escrow for our first investment property - an SFH in San Jose.

I currently see a lot of properties available for rent and also we are getting into a lean period for rentals. I wonder if it will take a while to get the house rented. The house is in a good condition and doesn't need work to fix up things. We would like to manage the property ourselves .

Would like to get a property manager to market and show the property for lease up. Looking for references for lease only services in San Jose area . Please let me know if you have any .

I don't know of property manager in the area, but curious about the numbers on the deal. Purchase price and estimated rent price, expenses.

It sounds like demand in the bay area is pretty strong with all the tech companies there.
