Hello California,

I am searching for a house hackable property as my next step in real estate. I will be doing FHA loan and am currently based in Oakland CA. I am looking for a smart play living in 1 unit while renting the others.

I have flexibility and can consider the entire state if the deal is good!!

Please contact me if you have potential inventory.

Thanks,

Paul

@Twana Rasoul Some of the units have been partially updated but one unit needs a lot of work. It's in the National City area.
