hey guys,

I'm a Wholesale investor !

Does anyone have an "investor friendly" Escrow/Title insurance company or Attorney for recommendation for the Northern California Bay Area . 

One that is familiar and comfortable with:

(A) Double escrows

(B) Assignments

(C) Wraps (subject tos, contract for deed)
