The property details stated here is very much under market value and you could either keep it as a rental property or simply resell it for a nice profit.

The house is a 4 bedroom 1 Bath wood siding style 2 Story classic with a small front porch. Very well maintained, all updated mechanicals include; furnace, hot water tank, and electrical.

This property is in the heart of Pittsburgh with easy access to public transportation, school district, restaurants and major shopping malls, PLUS this Zipcode "15210" is one of the hottest zip codes for real estate investment in the Country!

This property needs very little work, the repair estimate is overstated at $77,618 for conservational purposes and from my deal analysis, you stand to make a net profit of not less than $130K from the ARV or $750 monthly cash flow. Roughly speaking, this is a 65% ARV DEAL !!!

I am looking to wholesale this highly discounted and potentially profitable property to interested Buyers.
