Can I look at houses with you in the Bay Area?

I'm interested in walking through houses with more seasoned investors. I've read a few books, and this weekend when I went on my first time to go through some houses with an agent, I was still floundering around about what to look for.

I'm looking for an investor that won't mind me coming along and looking at houses with them. I'm looking to learn about what I should be looking out for.

If anybody is walking through the house with an inspector, that'd be great too!

I hope this request isn't too ridiculous.

PM me.  I would be happy to walk through a home with you if there is one you are interested in.  Also, I have a home in Elk Grove and one in Stockton that I might be in contract in soon.  If it goes through, you can walk through the property with me when I hire the inspector, as long as you don't mind the drive.  I can let you know when it's more of a sure thing.
